About the Framework

Mapping the invisible architecture of human consciousness to foster greater literacy, agency, and empathy.

The Origin

The Human Experience Framework was born from a simple observation: we lack a precise, structural vocabulary for our internal worlds. While we have meticulously mapped the physical universe—from subatomic particles to vast galaxies—our understanding of the inner cosmos remains largely intuitive and localized.

This framework seeks to provide a universal "physics" of experience, dissecting the fluid continuum of consciousness into distinct, manageable nodes: Stimulus, Interpretation, Emotion, Feeling, Condition, Disposition, Virtue, and Character.

"Experience literacy is the foundation of emotional agency. You cannot navigate a territory you have not mapped."

Our Mission

Our mission is to democratize experience literacy. We believe that when individuals can accurately parse their internal sequences—understanding how a specific interpretation generates a specific emotion, which solidifies into a condition—they gain unparalleled agency over their lives.

  • Clarity: Providing a precise lexicon for internal states.
  • Agency: Equipping individuals with the tools to refactor their interpretations.
  • Empathy: Fostering a shared language to understand the experiences of others.
