3. Ecommerce, Payments, and Billing

When purchasing physical tools or digital licenses through our store:

• All prices are displayed accurately at checkout.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not hold your financial data.
• You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders if pricing errors occur or if fraud is suspected.

4. Intellectual Property

The HXL Framework, including its taxonomy, causal loops, defusion concepts, text, graphics, and structure, is the intellectual property of the Human Experience Library.

• Digital Access: Purchasing digital access grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use the tools for personal reflection or private therapy practice.
• Prohibition: You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, or distribute the platform's proprietary code, visual design, or core conceptual mapping architecture without explicit written permission.

5. User Generated Content & Responsibilities

If you utilize our journaling or note-taking features, you retain ownership of your thoughts. However, you are solely responsible for the content you generate. You agree not to upload illegal, abusive, or explicitly harmful material to our servers.

6. Refund Policy

We want you to find value in the framework:

• Physical Products: Can be returned within 30 days of receipt if they are in original, undamaged condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Digital Products: Due to the instantaneous nature of digital access, digital licenses are generally non-refundable once accessed. If you experience technical issues, please contact support.

7. Shipping Policy

Physical items are processed within 2-4 business days. Delivery estimates provided at checkout are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by customs or carrier issues. If a package is definitively lost in transit, we will issue a replacement or refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

The HXL platform is an educational and organizational tool. It is not a substitute for professional medical or psychiatric advice. We provide the framework "as is" and make no guarantees regarding specific therapeutic outcomes.
